In this presentation, Katie Hill, a 25-year yoga and meditation practitioner and teacher will teach you the value of your breath to bring change and transformation to your life.  While our breath is something we often take for granted, learning more about how to breathe properly can help us tap into our creativity, our calm, and our ability to reason, problem solve and find peaceful solutions to very stressful situations.  In this interactive presentation, Katie will tell stories, give examples of how the breath works (and doesn't) and each participant will leave with a greater understanding of how they may have been breathing inefficiently their whole lives.
