How to Make Stress Your Friend

I want to include this amazing TED video on my blog because I feel like it is so important for people to understand that it's not the stress itself that is toxic, it is how we FEEL about stress. 

Do you think that stress can be your friend? I do. In fact, our biology is made for it. We are highly functional human machines that are fine tuned to respond to whatever our environment throws our way. 

When we look at the stress response as a coping mechanism, we can learn how to work WITH our stress, instead of having the stress kick our butts.
